If you have any problems using the program, first of all, try program's Help system. You can turn to it anytime by pressing F1 or using [Help]-[Contents] or [Help]-[Questions and Answers] menu commands.
Program's Help system consists of three sections:
- First Steps - introduces the user to the basic search principles
- Additional Functions - helps with printing out, exporting data and further sorting out search results
- Frequently Asked Questions - features frequently asked questions and answers to them
