How to use the Directory:
The Directory consists of four sections:
- Index of Activities
- Alphabetical Index of Goods and Services
- Alphabetical Index of Companies
- "Information on Companies" Section
Index of Activities:
The Index of Activities contains the list of branches according to which the enterprises are sorted in the section "Information on Companies". In the index each branch has a range of company codes, for which this kind of activity is a core business.
Alphabetical Index of Goods and Services:
If you are interested in specific goods or services, go to the Alphabetical Index of Goods and Services. The Index displays information in three languages. Each entry in the Index contains the name of the product or service and the codes of the enterprises to offer them. More information on companies is available in "Information on Companies" Section by using company's code.
Alphabetical Index of Companies:
This Index presents information in both Latin and Cyrillic alphabet. If you know the company's name, you can find out more information on it in the "Information on Companies" Section by using the company's code.
"Information on Companies" Section:
This section contains data on all the enterprises included in the directory. Each enterprise has a code. These codes are arranged in an ascending order according to the enterprise industry specialization. Enterprises are also classified according to their geographical location. To facilitate search the industry name and the range of codes are indicated in the header of the section on the current page.

In this section you will receive information on governmental and central establishments, non-governmental organizations, embassies. The VARO Directory is an annual advertising-information publication, which offers the most complete and reliable information on the producers of goods and services in Moldova and Chisinau.
